个人简介:

1996年毕业于中国科学技术大学,1999年和2002年于中国科学院化学所分别获得理学硕士和博士学位。

2002年赴德国德累斯顿工业大学Karl Leo教授研究组从事博士后工作,研究低电压、高效率有机发光二极管(OLED)。2004年采用了新型的双发光层的结构,创下了的功率效率的世界记录,在Applied Physics Letters上发表的论文被Nature、Science等顶级期刊引用达400余次。2006年,以高级科学家的身份进入Novaled AG公司任项目主管,从事用于显示及照明设备的白光OLED的研究和开发工作。作为Novaled子项目负责人和主要完成人参与了OLLA、oled100.eu和CARO等多项欧盟和德国资助的OLED研究项目。2010年11月加盟上海交通大学光电材料与器件中心,入选2011年上海市浦江人才计划,主要研究有机光电功能材料与器件。

在国际高质量刊物共发表SCI收录论文60余篇,总共被SCI引用1500余次,单篇最高引用400多次。2008年撰写的一篇论文在SID国际信息显示协会上被评为杰出论文。
